Happy holiday’s to everyone! I hope eveyone’s Thanksgiving was fun and filled with family and friends.

David and I had a very eventful Thanksgiving.  We learned the hard way that we need to alternate Thanksgiving between both familys.  We went to his family’s house first since they were going to eat early. My family was going to wait until 5 o’clock to eat since we were going to bring an oh-so-yummy deep fried turkey (which by the way, eveyone needs to try it at least once if you like turkey), but they got hungry.  They ended up saying grace without us. :(  Me thinks that next year will be a one family Thanksgiving…

I’m pretty sure most couples have the delimma of not dissapointing the others family.  That’s just one bump in this “starting our own family” thing we’re going have to get over.

Well on a knitting sidenote, David’s family is having a secret santa among the grown ups.  I chose a very good choice (meaning I know that she would like my gift a lot) that I can finally use some yarn from my stash that I’ve been dying to use.

If you haven’t tried to knit or crochet with this yarn I suggest you locate the nearest craft/yarn store and try it out!  I’ve already made a hat for the boy and a Calorimetry for my friend in the city with this stuff.  I’ve decided I might try out a pattern from a site that I might post they link to later.  I don’t want my secert santa to see.  Like they would see this site anyway. lol

I’m letting it consume my life!  I haven’t been able to even clean around the house, let alone have time to work on any project.  Now that I have the stomach flu *blech* I can actaully do some of these things.  Maybe even take pictures of the awesome corset I’m attempting to make and blog about it!  Joy!

We booked our hall and photographer.  Now we just need his family to remeber what day our wedding will be on and to do a billion more things. x_x

Then comes marriage….

David propsed to me!  Uhhh, sure it was last week but I’m nortirous for not updating my blog, right?

Lots of people who have known us are very confused at this announcement since we’ve been planning our wedding for the past two months.  David never actually proposed.  We just decided that we would get married some time in the next few months.  What David failed to mention to me was that he’s been waiting for a particular ring to come around for more than 6 months… I’m glad he waited cause it’s perfect!

Ps. Now the baby carriage, that will hopefully come in 5 years!!!

It’s something I’m hoping I don’t have right now.  They said I haven’t had an STD so this is an odd case. My gyno has me on heavy antibotics for it.  Not feeling too hot at all.  I’ve been having trouble concentrating at work.

There are a ton of stuff I need to get done at home but haven’t been feeling up to it… Like finally sewing my curtains, fixing up the office, getting everything from my parents home, cleaning… You know, the simple things that will never get done.

Moving takes a long time

I am exhausted.

It’s finally getting closer!  Moving date will be this friday if everything goes according to plan.  I really, really hope evertyhing goes as planned!

I really should be packing everything.  I’ve only got two boxes down.  It seems like there will be 12 more to go!

Let me start off this post by saying, I’ve got a new job…  But you already had a new job; less than two moths ago!  That is what you maybe thinking.  Yes, that is very, very true.  It really pains me to leave the doctors office.  Everyone there is so nice and they are my second family.  I’ve cried and made a lot of people upset towards me, but if I wanted to get to the place where I wanted David and I to be then I’d have to leave to go to another place.

Now I’m working for two realtors in Buffalo Grove as their assitant.  Which is pretty darn cool, but it’s a little bit out the way.  I’m nervous about it but I’ll get over it. I’m working both jobs right now until I finish up with the doc’s office in a week therefore it has been a pretty tiring waking up a couple hours before I normally do.

Staci, our agent, called me to updadte me about an offer we placed this morning.  So apparently, if everything goes according to plan, we might move in 45 days!  I don’t know if David is excited, but I am exstatic!  All this waiting, all off the crappy people, all of it is done with.  Well, almost.  Hopefully nothing else happens to sabatoge it.  Cross your fingers for us.

Every morning I have to wake up at 8 for multiple reasons; one mainly being the cats insulin.  Today this included buying this:

It could have been that I’m devoted to my hard working boyfriend who couldn’t go to the local Wal-Mart to get it before work.  I think it was a little bit more selfish than that…  You see, I’m addicted to this:

It’s funny that I have almost all the series except for Amped. I can’t wait to fiddle with the new version for the PS3. I just have to get it. *wink, wink, nudge*
