It’s been four years since I moved everything to this site yet I still don’t understand all of the functions. I like to call it “WordPress Ignorance”.

Over the next couple of days post will probably disappear (a big blogging no no, but it needs to happen), the site’s appearance will change, and the widgets will hopefully help navigate (not distract).

The site will also be down throughout the day, but not like it really matters since I only have one reader. Hi David! If he isn’t the only person reading let me know in the comments. I’d LOVE to hear what you want me to change on my blog.

From what I’ve seen on television and blogs people are rooting for the Packers. Here in these parts of town we root for Da Bears!

P.S. Last week we were so proud when our little one got to witness his first Bears game at almost a week old.

My office space at home is a mess.  My office space at work is a mess…

For the rest of the week I swear to myself I won’t do anything but dedicate myself to getting rid of the clutter and organize!

Lets see if I do it….

My boss is in a huge grump.  Everything I do is wrong today.

My car thinks it moving when it’s not.  When stopped it wants to think it’s going 50 or 60.  Just imagine what it thinks when I’m moving!  I was a speed demon today going at a whopping 110mph!  Sometimes it didn’t even register the speed since it was all the way past 110mph.

I wanna go fast!

My cluster is broken.   It’s going to take a lot of money we don’t have to fix it.  Unless there is still warranty on it.  Knowing the dealership we got it from, of course we won’t.

The only sunny side of this week is tomorrow I am going to finally go to a knitting meetup! If anyone is interested it’s going to be in Antioch, IL at Cafe Book. There’s also a Ravelry group.

David and I had a very eventful Thanksgiving.  We learned the hard way that we need to alternate Thanksgiving between both familys.  We went to his family’s house first since they were going to eat early. My family was going to wait until 5 o’clock to eat since we were going to bring an oh-so-yummy deep fried turkey (which by the way, eveyone needs to try it at least once if you like turkey), but they got hungry.  They ended up saying grace without us.   Me thinks that next year will be a one family Thanksgiving…

I’m pretty sure most couples have the delimma of not dissapointing the others family.  That’s just one bump in this “starting our own family” thing we’re going have to get over.

Well on a knitting sidenote, David’s family is having a secret santa among the grown ups.  I chose a very good choice (meaning I know that she would like my gift a lot) that I can finally use some yarn from my stash that I’ve been dying to use.

If you haven’t tried to knit or crochet with this yarn I suggest you locate the nearest craft/yarn store and try it out!  I’ve already made a hat for the boy and a Calorimetry for my friend in the city with this stuff.  I’ve decided I might try out a pattern from a site that I might post they link to later.  I don’t want my secert santa to see.  Like they would see this site anyway. lol
